These plans of study include Mathematics, Applied Mathematical Sciences, Mathematics-Actuarial Science and Mathematics-Statistics.

Make sure you correctly choose between the BA and BS links for your catalog year, which for math majors is ordinarily the year you entered CLAS. (But in fact it can be any subsequent year too. See here for further discussion.)
